City Meet is tomorrow!

The heat sheet is attached. Please review it carefully to see your swimmer's events and relays. We will not have athlete check-in for City Meet, so swimmers should arrive knowing their events and stay aware of the meet progress throughout the morning.

📍 Chatham County Aquatic Center
⏰ Warm-up Begins: 8:00 AM
🏊 Mayfair Water Warm-up: 8:25 AM
⏰ Meet Starts: 9:00 AM

Please note a few schedule changes from a typical meet:

• The 100 IM will be the first event.
• The meet will then begin with the 6U events.
• Following backstroke, there will be 6U awards and the Senior Swim.

We did our best to place swimmers on relays. Because of limited numbers in some age groups, we will have fewer relay entries than we typically do during dual meets.

🚗 Parking
The CCAC parking lot fills quickly. Additional parking is available across the street.

⏱️ Volunteers Needed
We still need timers, and there will be two volunteer shifts during the meet. Use this link to sign up to be a timer. Thank you to everyone helping make City Meet possible.

🏆 Awards

• Heat winner beads for every event
• Age group towels for the top eight girls and boys
• Individual event medals for 1st-8th place
• Relay medals for 1st-3rd place
• Individual ribbons for 9th-16th place
• Relay ribbons for 4th-8th place

Ribbons and remaining medals will be distributed to coaches following the meet and will be available for pickup at the Mayfair Team Party on June 29.

🍳🍖 Food Trucks
Pour Boy and Bowtie BBQ will be on site with breakfast and lunch items available for purchase.
