Congratulations! You swimmers is one of 42 Mayfair qualifiers participating in the 2025 Savannah Coastal Swim League City Championship Meet on Saturday, June 28, at the Chatham County Aquatic Center. We are so proud of your swimmer’s achievement!

Meet Details:

• Warm-up: 8:00 AM
• Meet Start: 9:00 AM
• Location: Chatham County Aquatic Center
• Food Trucks and Event T-shirts will be available for purchase
• Parking: Additional parking will be available across the street
• What to Bring: Mayfair cap, royal blue suit, goggles, water, towel

Heat Sheet:

The Heat Sheet is attached for your reference. Swimmers may compete in up to three individual events as long as they have qualifying times from this season. Coaches have placed athletes in the events where they are ranked to swim their best times. Per City Meet rules, swimmers may only compete in strokes where they have a 2025 City Meet qualifying time.

Double check both the freestyle and medley relays to see where your swimmer is competing. Unfortunately, we don't have athlete check-in sheets for this meet.

City Meet 2025 Awards:

• Heat Prizes: Light-up DUCK keychains
• Top 1-8 finishers in each event will receive medals
• Top 9-16 finishers will receive ribbons
• Top 1-3 relays will receive medals, and 4-8th will receive ribbons
• Top 8 overall (girls/boys for each age group) will be recognized with a towel
• Top 3 overall (girls/boys for each age group) will receive a trophy (and a towel)
• 6U awards will be handed out after the Freestyle Relays are complete
• Other “all-star” top athletes by age group will be announced on deck after the final event (medley relay) where they will be recognized with towel/trophy
• Ribbons will be distributed at the team party on July 7.
