Hi! You are receiving this because your swimmer is competing in our first 2025 swim meet. Here's what you need to know about Tuesday’s meet vs. Savannah Golf Club at the Chatham County Aquatic Center. Some will start arriving by 5PM... Heat sheet is attached. Print one for your family. We’ve also attached the “athlete check-in” which has events sorted by athlete.

• Warm-up @ 5:00PM | Meet @ 6PM. Don't miss the warm-up and arrive by 5:30PM. CCAC closes at 8PM, so meet will be done before then and everyone will be asked to leave CCAC by 8PM.
• DOWNLOAD THE SWIMTOPIA APP: It shows a personalized view of your family’s meet entries, volunteer signups and swim history. You can signup for meets and jobs, and receive push notifications. Pro subscription ($5.99/month or $14.99/year) has more meet/swimmer details. Use your Mayfair Swim Team login for app and website... Watch app for update about upcoming events.
• PARKING: CCAC lot.
• CONCESSIONS: We are not aware of concessions/food sales at this meet. Please bring snacks/water.
• ATHLETES - WHAT TO WEAR: Wear your team suit or royal, navy, etc. Don't forget your cap, goggles, towel, and water. Coaches would like ALL swimmers to wear caps.
• CAPS: ETA for caps is Wednesday(5/28) - so if you have one from last year, please wear it. All swimmers will receive caps once they are in. Tariffs have delayed the order.
• ATHLETE - CHECK IN: Please find one of the coaches to check in once you arrive. We will have shirts sorted by families, temporary tattoos for each swimmer.
• BEFORE YOUR EVENT: Send your swimmer to one of the coaches at the starting blocks FIVE events before you swim. We will check them in for each event as well.
• PARENTS: We still need volunteers for timers/bullpen. Signup on Swimtopia.If this is your first meet, we have some seasoned older swimmers/parents, who are happy to help you.
• PATRIOTIC THEME: Our league is sponsoring theme weeks this year. This week's theme is patriotic - so wear red, white and blue (or Mayfair Marlin royal blue).
• HEAT WINNERS: We will have heat beads (red, blue, or silver) for each heat winner. If swimmers are in a combined swim of events (see below) then the top girl and top boy will receive heat beads.
• HEAT SHEET is attached. Print it to keep up with events. Look over the heat sheet to locate your child's event, heat and lane assignments and make sure to write it on their arm or leg (wherever it's easily visible for them) with Sharpie BEFORE they come to the meet. It should look like the picture below, just substitute your child's E (event) H (heat) and L (lane) numbers from the heat sheet (see attached). If this is your first meet - we will have older swimmers/asst coaches who can help.
• RIBBONS/TIMES: We will publish times and distribute ribbons after the meet.
